Opinion about the present situation of the system

Data load in modern times is huge. Surveillances will be more automated, it can mean more people will get wrongly accused. When there is a machine what can point out terrorist in a accuracy of 99% (when the people are known), but at the same time form the crowd only 2% of people might be crooks.

As when we have 500 000 people. Of them might be crooks 10 000 (whom the police have to talk to) and then maybe 100 of them are real crooks and form them only 1 may execute his plan. Talking on one person takes time 30 minutes. To talk to 10 000 people you need a 208 full days (24h). So it is surely impossible when you have only x amount of police working on it. (Others work on a real cases also, not only looking for terrorists).

So automated systems work with patterns. Eg. if you use x kind of language, move around in x neighbourhood etc. Automated systems points out a man who uses e.g. "hollaballa" word what is used with selling drugs environment. The moving pattern (because the cell is traceable) also points that out. When arresting that man all seems fine. At the same time he was a professor in some university who did a research on that topic...

What to expect from modern warfare you can maybe read form Lorenz, B and Kikkas, K. (2012) Socially engineered commoners as cyber warriors - Estonian future or present? Cycon2012

Or I really like the movie Minority Report - perfect system.
