I believe if it is not forbidden it is allowed. They mean well but sometimes they don’t have the boundaries. Some one with good sense what is acceptable and not could help them. But the boundaries can be moved, it depends of the situation and where you are (culture). Hacking others in china (not local) is OK for them, but hacking one of our own is not OK?
