I think Estonia has no problems in that area. I like to have access wherever I like.

I hate when I go abroad and they charge a lot or have nothing available. So it is a problem that we have already something what others don’t.. when they will catch up us.. and I like they we have ID card and services as well. But in that area we are not the first runners any more..
